My work with Paul Nicholas, CEO of Alma Mater Educational Services was nothing short of perfect. Paul is the perfect balance of professional and personable. He is in constant contact with his college counseling students over cell, e-mail, or phone and is available for in person counseling once or twice per week. He was dedicated to helping me get into my dream school and made sure all of my applications were turned in on time. He counseled me in variety of things including: which schools to apply to, practicing for my college interviews, researching available scholarships, and crafting and editing my college essays. Throughout the entire process I felt confident about the person guiding me and therefore I felt confident about the choices I made. Not only is Paul an excellent college counselor, but he is also an amazing resource to use for professional advice, and I continue to rely on him for ideas about internships both during and outside the school year.

I just finished my first year of college at American University in Washington, DC and couldn’t have been happier with the services Alma Mater provides.
